Relationships
Our relationships with the people in our lives – lovers, spouses, children, friends, family, co-workers, supervisors – have a dramatic impact on us. These relationships can be rich and fulfilling, a source of joy and pleasure. Or they can be strained or difficult, sometimes even combative and damaging, leading to emotional stress and even physical illness. Sometimes relationships are okay but we want them to be better and we’re not sure how to get there.
Counseling provides a framework for you to understand yourself and the relationship you want to work on, along with skills and methodologies that can improve or resolve issues. |
